Dude Rancher Lodge

Our first night in Montana, and we loved it. Friendly staff and clean room. The bed was comfortable so we got well tested from traveling. We didn't see any ghosts but I was ready to talk to them.

Very clean rooms. It is an old motel, so expect that. Carpet is wrinkled in spots, paint is chipping in spots, and the colors are dated. However, the room and the bathroom were very clean and smelled good. The ac/heater worked well. TV had plenty of channels to find something to watch. The service was exceptional. And the biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast at the on site restaurant was awesome. The breakfast voucher was $8 and worth it. It is a pet friendly motel with a small deposit when checking in. The motel is close to St Vincents Hospital and Billings Clinic for appointments. Downtown Billings, Montana is charming with lots of shops. I will stay there again.

Great service from the staff; beautiful and clean room for it being a classic hotel. It has a jacuzzi and hair dryer and the mini fridge actually works. The breakfast is $8 for a big and delicious filling feast served by kind and attentive workers. I’m definitely staying here every time I’m through!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and cozy. It is an old hotel, so don’t expect modern decor. We appreciated the rustic ranch vibes. Hillary was friendly and helped us with a thermostat issue. We want to give a shout out to Todd. The customer service was great and he was really informative, quick witted, and definitely added to the experience. Dustin’s only suggestion is adding games to the thermostat(If you know, you know)

Really nice to have interior and exterior access. Parking our car right outside our room gave me a lot of comfort. Incredibly reasonably priced breakfast sounded amazing, unfortunately we have to leave before 6 tomorrow morning so we'll have to miss it. Room and furniture are darling, super glad we chose this place!

Rooms and staff are both pretty wonderful, Great decor, affordable, and full of character. Breakfast is absolutely delicious.. I would definitely return when I'm around here in the future.

I love this motel! I have stayed twice in the rooms with the high ceilings and been really comfortable. I think there may be some variation in the rooms which is why the reviews differ. I wanted to thank the receptionist working on Sunday night for being so helpful and accommodating. I would also like to let the waitress on the diner on Monday morning know how much she brightened my day. Thanks so much for making me laugh and the wonderful breakfast burrito <3 happy holidays!
